Music Style Acoustic folk/rock and country styles

Musical Influences My music is folk, with a mix of country and soft rock styles as my taste in music is very eclectic. My writing influences tend to be largely women writers like Jann Arden, Melissa Etheridge, Jewel and Joni Mitchel. I am also greatly influenced by poetry and the spoken word.

Artist History I started singing at 3, playing guitar at 12 and wrote my first song at 13. I’m originally from Barrie, Ontario and moved to the Sudbury area a year and a half ago I have always enjoyed performing and writing and can’t imagine my life without it as an outlet for my considerable energy and creativity. My ambition is to use my talents, learn and stretch myself as a performer, writer and artist. I’ve had the privileged of performing at venues in Toronto, Barrie and Northern Ontario. I most recently performed at Sudbury’s Festival Boreal, Parry Sound’s Poetry Bash, Art Gallery of Sudbury Mid Summer Fair and Summerfest at Bell Park. .
