Artist History
Priapus was formed in the winter of 2000. After several guitarists came and went over the next two years, we found our groove in the guitar stylings of Rob Blair. The 3-piece set then went to work in the studio recording an 11 track album, The Suicide Sessions, released independently in October 2003. Sadly, the trifecta was not meant to be, and Rob left the band to pursue his interest in arguing with everyone about everything, just after the release of the album.
At this point nathan decided that yes, in fact he does suck at singing, bringing longtime friend Tom Flanders in to take over the mic. Priapus manager/promoter Eric Ladd, the hippiest of all the Ladd brothers, then picked up the bass as nathan took over guitar. Once again the sweet sounds of priapus graced the air, as the arrangement was filled. the only flaw in the group now is the total lack of musical talent. |
