Artist History
Hailing from Charlotte NC, the BTVs formed in 2002. Previously, Scott and Bert worked together in the Charlotte band Sloppy Joe. Ryan and Scott worked together in the Greensboro band Tanglefoot. The BTVs combined the best elements of these bands to create their alternative power-trio sound. The band recorded the Pilot EP at Left of the Dial Studio in October 2002. Since then, the boys have taken their tunes and antics to area clubs as well as becoming house party favorites. Venues played include Charlotte's Double Door Inn and The Evening Muse, and Greensboro's Flat Iron. |
