An occasional meeting of three experienced sound designers from small town Aizkraukle, lost in green fields of Latvia, slowly mutates into a permanent collaboration. Drawing their influence from the surrounding nature, still wild but eventually tamed, and quiet but omnipresent murmur of nearby Plavinsk Hydroelectric Station - Monocle (25), Radion Tremolo (28) and InGarins (30) create their slowly flowing tunes, where undercurrent whirpools boil and lap splashes of electricity, passed through loads of modern DSP software & hardware. Clicks'n Chano. Generally, sound culture of a place called Aizkraukle requires a special attention. This town, just like England's Sheffield - in one's time, has given post-rave Latvia a multitude of interesting artists, some of them currently finding a shelter at KOLKA record label.
