Artist History During college in 1994, Kenny started the rap group BFG (Bound 4 Glory). The group originally consisted of nine members, but God quickly whittled the group down to three. Former members Opel Jones and Brian Jones (no relation!) followed Christ's call to other ministries. Kenny Grimes (then Mr. MetaPhour) continued to minister in various churches and venues along the East Coast. After a three year hiatus, during which Kenny married and began a family, he decided to again actively minister the Gospel through hip-hop. The ability to travel as frequently as he had in the past was no longer an option, and after repeated prompting from friends and family, began recording, allowing him the opportunity to minister to an even larger audience than before. After meeting Mike Rios, a talented musician and producer from Townsend, DE, Kenny began work on "No Compromise," his first attempt as a solo artist and minister.
