Press Reviews
"My first impression of WESTWORLD was that there was a very strong and undeniable presence of good chemistry going on in this group. As you listen, the realization comes jumping out at you that the prevailing strength of this group is the range of vocalist Tony Harnell (TNT). The support given by Guitarist Mark Reale (Riot)), Bassist Bruno Ravel (Danger Danger) and Drummer John O' Reilly (Rainbow, Blackmore's Night) allow Harnell's vocalizations to be given a very powerful, driven and focused push to it's potential. The guitar is nothing short of spectacular as Reale is able to furnish whatever type of playing the moment calls for whether it be roaring, crunching and dominant or toned down, soft and intricate acoustic pickings. The superb, soaring and melodic vocals of Harnell in turn support the excellent musicianship throughout. A marvelous partnership of talent. Power/Pop/Metal ballads or balls to the wall rockers are pushed to the very limits of potential on every track. No surprises here, just damned good Rock n' Roll!" -MuzikMan/September 22, 1999. |
