Artist History The first Phantom band was named the Phantom Polka band, which played the Polaski Day Parade here in Grand Rapids atop a parade float, and this was only four or five days after the band formed. None of us had played polka before. The members then were Richard Vogel, Corey Ruffin, Andy Butner and Nate Murphy. A few years later the band reformed under the name Phantom Wedding Band, with members Andy Butner, Richard Vogel, Corey Ruffin, Chris Eddy and Brad Holland. Brad left to continue making music with the Whirlwind Heat, and Chris Brooks joined shortly thereafter. The band played it's final show on xxxxxx date and time a while ago. This is only a sampling of what the Phantom Wedding Band created.
