Artist History
2001...
Two boys with a dream...soon to come true!
Tom Allen and Matt Lynch. Two boys who had a big dream...to be in a punk rock band. They were destined to make their dreams come true. Tom played guitar...and with himself. And he sang also, but not good. Matt also played guitar, but slowly turned into the bassist, and then back into a guitaist. So now he plays guitar...again. Chris joined the band in like a month after it was started, and he answered the prayers of Matt and Tom (to find a drummer). Then the beginings of Half Past Last were born!!!
2002...
The band expands...and the legacy continues!
Now...with big dreams on the minds of Tom, Matt & Chris, the band wanted to expand. So Cody Opalka came forth to fill in the shoes of Matt on bass, so Matt could take up the guitar. Down the road there were problems, so the band picked up a new bassist. Geno, Chris's cousin. Yeah!!!
Bill Ritter later joined the group as the vocalist, and left the band three weeks later...
Later...in July...the day the EP was recorded, Scott Barrett joined the band permanently, as the vocalist.
Scott has recently been removed from the HPL line-up, but they'll have a new singer soon. So that's how the story goes so far...
