Artist History
From 1985-86, Check Point terrorized most of the Delaware Valley's low-end bars with an undefinable mix of Classic Rock and original material. The originals spanned material that embodied Soul, Classic Rock, R'n'B flavored funk, and extended well in to works that resemble present-era Alternative Rock (15 years before the genre existed!). For fear that all this would be lost to history, Second Chance Blues proudly presents a sneak peek in to the band's infancy! Both of these issued songs would eventually reappear in the Second Chance Blues catalog - here they are in there original forms. Individual song ownership obstacles prevent the remaining tracks from issue - hopefully, this will be resolved someday. |
