Artist History
The Kolios Project originated with Ryan
Denzer-King, rhythm guitarist for Oneiros, who
had written several songs that didn't really
fit into Oneiros' style. Eventually he decided
to contact various friends and influences via
email, to see if anyone was interested in on
online recording project. Several people
responded that they were interested,
including Estonian metal band Echosilence,
and thus the Kolios Project was born. Most of
the musicians involved are known only on the
local scene as of yet, but more experienced
musicians may appear as guests in one or more
songs, possibly including the great Swedish
jazz drummer Morgan Agren or Aghora guitarist
Charlie Ekendahl. |
