    Jesse and dinoseer met in 1997 at the historic Insomkneeacks/Burn in downtown Baton Rouge, Louisiana... We originally began with a project called "Sister Sophie's Slithering Snake Oil", a half-hour long experimental video in 1998...Then dinoseer began recording and processing Jesse's solo work and released "Whispering Bird" in early 2000 and "Emotional Computer" summer of 2001...More and more, dinoseer's influence was being felt on the recordings, so we began Bi-Polar Neversia spring of 2002 and began work on "Divinity of Decay"...

    Jesse Lee Mitchell-"Outsider Artist" and self-taught musician... dinoseer-classically trained percussionist and self-taught freak... dinoseer has recently relocated to the Washington, D.C. area to continue promotions on the east coast... Jesse Lee Mitchell has two solo albums to his credit, "Whispering Bird" and "Emotional Computer"
