Artist History Led by 18-year-old striking vocalist Mary Cushman, her two brothers, Andrew (guitars) and Matt (drums) and Brian Risko (guitars), Blush combine a solid rock foundation with hook-laden sensibilities to form a sound that’s been called somewhere between an edgier No Doubt and a more rockin’ Bjork. Blush recently signed a deal with Surfdog Records and recorded their debut album with producer Jim Wirt (Incubus, Hoobastank, No Doubt). The result is an infectious mix of guitar based alternative rock, with powerful vocals and melodic, hooky songs. Currently on tour promoting their upcoming release, Blush recently performed dates on the Birdhouse Skateboard Tour and is scheduled for shows on the Vans Warped Tour this summer.
