Artist History
Born and raised in and around the Music City, (Nashville, TN), Fred grew up with a love for country music.
After learning the guitar at age 14, he started playing in his father's local band in the clubs and honky tonks in and around Nashville.
At 18, Fred joined the USMC for 10 yrs. While in the service, he was called upon to entertain generals and Government dignitaries from all over the world.
After leaving the military, Fred started his civilian life as an ironworker. He moved just outside of New Orleans, and started his own band a few years later.
Since then, he has opened for name acts such as Kevin Sharp, Eric Heatherley, Hank Jr., & Tammy Cochran. Ironically, his main fan base is in the Northwestern U.S.,
where he tours almost constantly. Cowboy Country has truly come to love this southern boy with a charm all his own...we hope you will too! |
