Artist description
The Limbic System is the creative and cathartic outlet of two Chicago Medical School students, Viet Nguyen and Kirk Burgamy. The limbic system also happens to be the emotional center of the brain; affecting motivational and mood states; tying memories, current physical state and social environment into an emotional experience.
A blend of rock from all eras, The Limbic System pours out acoustic originals (and covers) than span the full range of emotions you've come to expect from two bi-polar bears. Their songs draw from all experiences, not just the good times, not just the bad; and examine emotions from all aspects of life - from the life-changing epiphany to the mundane suburban drag. The artists take a strong influence from all styles of modern rock, with generous elements of classic rock from all decades past.
