Artist description
Nerdy Warts have evolved from early 4-track cassette recordings to the
much more polished 16-track digital recordings heard on 'Bazar Portuguese'. Their
music can easily be described as a combination of synth pop and modern rock,
although this description does not begin to skim the surface of Nerdy Warts broad
range of musical styles.

Artist History
Nerdy Warts began in 1991, and was formed by Peter Lambert and
Jason Byrne. Both are originally from the east coast, and have been involved
in various music and film projects throughout the years. Nerdy Warts have
always managed to rise above all other projects and prove it's worth and
originality to those that hear them.
The live shows they have performed have been costumed and based
on the current album's overall theme. This approach has always entertained the
audience and usually brings in new fans immediately out of curiosity. Although they
have had their share of live performances and look forward to more of them, Nerdy
Warts tends to be more of a studio band. With this album, they have taken it upon
themselves to home record with both Byrne and Lambert producing. 'Bazar Portuguese'
is the finished result of these sessions, recorded between July 2001 to May 2002.
