Music Style I've always tried to keep a consistent mood in the music whether it's pop, instrumental or any other style I'm working with at the time. The mood is ambient, often dark and requires a large amount of effects.

Musical Influences Bands doing it themselves most notably Mara's Torment, Moonbabies, Captive Audience and Port.

Similar Artists Love and Rockets, The Cure, Kitchens of Distinction, REM, Syd Barrett.

Artist History I've been releasing my own recordings under the Jack Kettle Label since 1990, first under the name JACY, then from 1994 - 1997 with or without others as m-theory. In 1997 I began recording "solo" and the first product was "Artichoke" in early 1998. With Susanne and drummer Kevin Crowley we played the southeast through the summer of 98. We then recorded the instrumental album "Saturated" which was released in early 1999. Through the years I've been involved in recording and playing live for several other acts and currently I am half of an ambient/dub recording duo with Dave Bellard known as Jesters Longevity. We recently released our first full-length recording "Analog Dub Report". I've always believed in the DIY ethic and am a strong supporter of homemade and small studio music.
