Artist description Forever Sleep are a five piece dark metal act originating from the Fox River Valley in Wisconsin, USA. Orchestrated nightfall reigns supreme in the bulk of the songs as drama sets the stage. Where there is smoke there is hellfire in the the music of Forever Sleeps' upcoming full length CD, "Scarlet Symphonies", due to be released in January 2000. While influences of gothic, black and death metal are undoubtedly in the music, Forever Sleep is not to be confused with any other act with horrific interludes and frantic guitars.One of the big surprises is the industrial sound of "Autumnalis Crepesculum" without the presence of rap-style vocals but instead a vicious snarl and heavy duty guitar passages. This is something new to the world and creation all their own. Never once does the band back themselves into a popular corner of the music market, yet all the songs meet the times and the future of this type of music.Dark artistic as well as dramatic music containing thoughtful composition and deadly grinding combinations of horror and mystery.
