Artist description schattenKinder records was formed in late 2000 by shadowchilder (Megan Kenal) as a way of publishing her music, free of the contstraints of modern music business practices. Since then the label has strived to help truly talented artists that might not otherwise receive outside attention, regardless of genre. sKrecords believes that music is art, and thus deserves to seen, and our goal is to help artists get the exposure they deserve.
