Artist History Formed in 1985 under the name "Von Rudder". Toured extensively in Central New York from 1986 to 1996, then dis-banded. Recorded 4 projects in this time. Re-formed in 2001 under the name PREMIS, Recorded 2 song demo 2002, working to release full length CD in 2003.
