Artist description Mellow James is an amalgam of Blues, Rock, Folk Rock, Jazz and Soul not necessarily in that order. We are dedicated to bringing back the groove in popular music. Started in 1998 Mellow James is gathering of some of the best musicians South Florida has to offer. It's members to this day still play in a number of great bands including: The Funkabilly Playboys, Yoko Theory and Chickin Finger Happy Hour to name a few. In coming together we've set a standard that we won't be bogged down by playing one style of music. Our motto is "Play what you feel and let the possibilities be endless".
