Artist description
Throwing down an aggresive mixture of early
80's East Coast street punk and anthemic
rock and roll, Boston's Lost City Angels are a
refreshing shot of adrenaline for a tired scene.

Artist History
It started out as an outlet. It continued as a release. It began in a room the size of a closet. Whatever "it" was, turned into The Lost City Angels.
LCA, as people tend to call them, started in the spring of 2000 at drummer Adam Shaw's apartment in a room, no lie, the size of a closet.
The band started with Drew Indingaro on guitar, Duggan on bass, and Adam on drums. It expanded a week later with rhythm guitar player Scott Viera.
After writing three songs, ("Another Beaten Soul", "Think Yer Alone?", and "Caught in Time") they recorded a demo on an 8 track and brainstormed over who
the person was who going to permanently sing these songs. Adam knew that Spring Heeled Jack had broken up and was very good friends with all of them
He had always seen a side to Ron Ragona that he thought was amazing... "He was the perfect front man". So next thing you know, Ron is in the band and they have
a show 2 weeks from then and they have about 6 songs. And so it began....
Almost a story of fictitious proportions, the fate of those "gentlemen" coming together was nothing shy of destiny.
The members of LCA had a common link together that sparked the uniting of friends with a similar love of music. Countless styles of music have clearly molded each member of the band. Take that component and add the influences of their personal lives, and that may just begin to describe the music this band, The Lost City Angels, bleeds.
