Artist History You could say that the Bierkats started as a joke, and never really progressed past that. Our entire goal for the band was to goof off in front of a large audience of our peers during our high school's Battle of the Bands competion. Due to the extremely political nature of our lyrics, we were forbidden to play by the ASB. Or were we forbidden because we forgot to turn in the $10 registration fee on time? Hmmm...
