Lesson...Learn it.
Success can take you far, but dedication will take you further as the four members of Connecticut band Lesson have learned. Formed in the summer of 2002, members Jeff Sobon (bass), Rick Haas (Guitar), Jim Dougherty (drums), and Michael Aiello (vocals) come from diverse musical backgrounds, which lends to their eclectic blend of hard rock and funk.
Lesson draws upon a multitude of influences from 311 to Tool while adding their own unique style and chemistry to the mix creating a singular sound in hard rock. Having played the smallest stages in Connecticut to the Webster Theatre and the Radio 104 Fest, the member of Lesson have dedicated themselves to consistently putting on the best shows, often resulting in a battered, bloody band.
As a group, Lesson is new to the scene. However, the band's individual members have come from some of the most successful bands to rise in the Connecticut music scene giving the band an average of 10 years of regional touring experience. Lesson is dedicated to improving it's craft and will play anytime...anyplace...for anybody.
