Artist description
Destitute, a member of Los Angeles's underground metal scene, Back in 2000, the band now known as Destitute was formed in the ghettoes of Los Angeles. From poverty and dysfunctional homes, this band came together to bring the ghettoest sounds to everyone. With melodic beats and high crunching guitars, this five piece element has dominated the streets of L.A. Practicing in a backyard garage, they take music far beyond the human mind with new sounds never heard before.

Artist History
The band began with bassist, Alfred, and guitarist, Dre. They were later joined by vocalist, Luis, who then brought FX master, JD-FX. Then, a drummer of Asian descent named Jorge brought his traditional Chinese drum-n skills to the group. JD-FX was later replaced with the turntablist, DJ Navics. The band took elements from Deftones, Staind, Taproot, and Incubus and shaped their own unique sound which draws the attention of many people in the hopes to keep bringing its distinct sound.
