Artist description Here they are... the superlicious, spectachillin, boys of new, (insert trumpet playing) Nonetheless. What? You have never heard of Nonetheless? I guess you aren't down with the edge of everything that is fresh and awesome in rock music today. Picture N'SYNC, throw in some Rage Against the Machine attitude, and turn all of the guys you are seein' into sexy Victoria's Secret girls... there it is. Yeah, it's really just a boy band with plastic instruments and prerecorded music. The lyrics are amazing though. Well, they are somewhat meaningless and disposable. but they sound great when the background music is so loud that one can't make out what is being sung. Nonetheless is great served alone, but if you add water the mind will enjoy helping after helping of this yummy dish. Before there was Nonetheless, there were just four cool guys wandering around with nothing better to do than trade baseball cards. One day the "cool four" ran into each other and creative juices shot from their heads on impact. Leading the silliness is drummer Grant Aikins. When he isn't breaking drumsets with his bare teeth, he's flying around the sky in his herrier jet. Immediately following is Kevin Aikins (definitley not related to the pilot) on the slappity dappity bass strings. He's been dodging offers from NBA teams for two years in order to be laid out in his passion to make music. Joe "I'm a good lookin' girl" Reichert fills the gap between 2nd and home with his angelic note hummin. Yes boys and girls, that's singing. Accountant by day, naughty mountain of melodic eye candy by night, Joe is a full package. Now, covering the plate, all of 5 feet and almost 10 inches, Shane Hudson slides to victory on his guitars of glory. After a short stint in China, a grasshopper psychologist told him that he wasn't Asian. Of course we all had to kick our "soft drug" addictions or this story would not be complete. It was hard getting over tylenol and non-alcoholic beer, but we did (hold the applause). So, we have arrived. Check out our live shows full of flames and acrobatics, or cuddle up at home with our CD and a cup of espresso. Either way, the Christmas-like tunes shall bring a smile to the face of all who participate in a Nonetheless happening. The moral of the story: No one said the door would swing both ways, so you have to decide whether you are IN or OUT.
