Artist History It is not always realised but Billys Sick has a very real spiritual dimension From humble beginnings in Montevideo, South America, He has journeyed on a long pilgrimage to the Mecca of his musical vision. Currently he resides in the UK where he is completing a spiritual voyage that the rest of the world will follow. He has given the world Billys Sick!! Once he got to the UK he always new he would eventually return to music of his spirtual forebearers. After college and various jobs, which at least gave him insight into the human condition he realised the world was ready for something never ever hoped for before, he has given the world Billys Sick!! The band Billys Sick was formed early in 2002 as the next step in an inevitable chain that will unleash universal knowledge and euphoria. When asked how he copes with this responsibility, Billy Sick was customarily humble, expressing a rare self-depreciating humour: "It has been along time but I am ready to steer us to a new harbour of a land that has only ever been dreamed of. The waves are singing my name." The next level of the journey which is Billys Sick will touch and caress the world, it is so fundamental to the fate of every single person and the universe at large that there is not enough space here to explain, all it is for me to say is that this is bigger than all of us carry the weight of, except of course for one person. However as the music, thoughts and visions continue to shatter the restricted confines of the current world order, we can at least make just a view predictions: His books and instructional materials will introduce budding players to the joys of their own musicality and connect them to the universal spirit of melody. And his commitment to grassroots political organizations will put him on the front lines of many of the issues important to communities and workers As an musican, he will be a master of a dozen different traditional instruments, most notably the rare and beautiful hammer dulcimer. His song writing will be hailed by critics and singers around the globe.
