    Artist History
SA.D. first originated in 1999 a few months before Christmas.Brent(guiatarist)borowed his dads Squire guitar and Squire no-distortion amp and got about 2 days of experience in,before S.A.D.'s debut album "Hank Aaron".Casy(bassist)picked up the microphone and busted his off the wall metaphoric lyrics while brent played his meaningfull melodic unkown chord songs and rememberable solo's.After time passed by Casy got a 4 string Fender bass and amp, while brent got a Squire guitar and amp. They began jamming daily and collaberating succesfully as a two person improv band. They then started their second album in July 2000 this time with bass and Brent picking up the mic to show his mic skills of his own."Black album" was big around the ghetto of Hollister and people got their copies on cassettes. After releasing "Black Album"they made their very first life concert and video with songs such as"Nancy","Speed",Glutious maximus","Gak", and even some on the spot songs.Over time S.A.D. got in the studio again and started on their third album."Jerry Turner vs. Lemongello".Their third album was very successfull with featured appearances from Casy's brother Vinnie Mac and S.A.D.'s close friend Remi Rodberg. With hit songs like "Smelly Jelly","Kalahonga",and "Why do you hate me so much?".During the making of their third album, they took a break and made a movie titled"Killers Instict"where one of the characters was was named Kalahonga.S.A.D. made a sountrack for that movie and used their song from "Black Album" called,"Monsters Army" for the classic fight scene of the movie.
