Artist description I am somewhat of a "weekend warrior" when it comes to making music. But there are many times when I just need to sit down and play. The styles in which I play can vary greatly, just like the music I listen to. I have created songs in everything from Dance to Classical, Metal to New Age, Burlesque to Rock, Progressive to Lounge.

Artist History I started playing piano at the age of six, clarinet at the age of 13, and guitar at the age of 14, along with dabbling in various other instruments. My piano lessons started out in classical and moved later to r&b/boogies, and then on to some jazz and classical again. I have played piano for several vocal jazz groups, musicals, and have played keyboards/guitar in local bands for several years, as well as doing some keyboard session work. I discovered piano improvisation around 17 or 18 years of age, and almost immediately fell upon my own playing style/voice. I also knew in an instant that improv was my favourite method of musical expression.
