Artist History
Justin Black started his music interest while watching
his uncle John playing drums when he was just age five.
At the age of eight he had his first drum set, and the rest
is history. By 15, Justin was on local tours around the
West Coast. At age 18 he started ACID HOUSE, a band
that would begin his writing career. The short lived project
and a collapsed lung led to mixed feelings on his life's
direction, but a chance meeting with Casey Chaos refueled
his fire to play drums again.
Playing drums for the now-acclaimed
punk/metal band AMEN for six years gave Justin a new
perspective on music influences, the music industry, and life.
Leaving the band armed with a fresh outlook, he dove back
into writing, singing, and playing guitar; leading
him to the project at hand. |
