Artist description Down Doggy has brought a fresh perspective into the world of music. Blending styles ranging from punk to folk and beyond, this band is expanding the possibilities of music and taking the fans on an audio and visual joyride. Originally formed in the fall of 2001, the band consisted of Dave on guitar, Adam on bass and Paul on drums. After going through several line-up changes on vocals, the trio of friends discovered Jodi at a karaoke bar inside a bowling alley. After a brief courtship, Jodi joined the fold and Down Doggy was complete. Steadily, Down Doggy has created a massive following centrally in Detroit, but also expanding as far as California. The band has a demo available, as well as their recently released EP “Almost Home.” The band is currently finishing their full length debut “Days Gone By”, as well as building on their already impressive fan base. Down Doggy will literally explode into the 21st century changing the landscape of music forever, while spreading their message of “Music for peace of mind.”
