Artist History Tin Omen were formed in Wolverhampton in 1998 when two ex members of local band Lungbutter found just what they had been looking for : a like minded female vocalist for their line up. Immediately a new sound was formed. With Kelly's sweet voice over Bryan and Simon's dark musical textures, suddenly the band name was no longer suitable, so thus TIN OMEN was born inspired by the harsh energy fuelled Skinny Puppy track. Since September 2000 Tin Omen life long member Si Powell has decided to leave the band to persue his own avenues of thought and exploration, althought this was a harsh blow to the two remaining members, they have decided that the music created so far is to good to put to sleep (so to speak). So kelly and Bryan will remain as Tin Omen and persue this venture into the forseable future. Latest News: Following a rash of storming gigs inwhich the Band achieved a new exeptional quality of live sound, Tin Omen went back into their own Fallen Angel studio to commence work on their 'Forbidden' EP. After three weeks of recording and engineering 'Forbidden' was under wrap's and ready to go: Track Listing : Forbidden , Tell Me , Mauthe Muj Ko , and The Executor . With the new CD in hand Tin Omen decided to go back on the road playing venues in Birmingham, Wolverhampton, Dudley, Bristol, and London. For future dates watch this space.............
