Artist description ExileInside is an autonomous, independent musical project created by Jake Shillingford (ex-My Life Story), and Aaron Cahill, based in London, England. The ExileInside sound combines classic electronic and synthesiser sounds with modern recording technology, interactive media, timeless songwriting and soulful insight into the Human Condition. It's electronic with a human heartbeat. Aaron is a multi-instrumentalist who works solely in the studio while Jake (vocals) takes ExileInside to the masses with a live band comprising Mal Campbell (Synthesisers), Simon Wray (Drums) and Iain Ross (Bass). ExileInside will be bringing you five albums over a period of five years, written and produced over the Internet, financed independently, and distributed via our own label and website. The first of these albums, Ei034, will be available for purchase from www.exileinside.com and all good record shops from 26th August 2002. A four-track taster EP of the album is currently available from our website. The song available for download from mp3.com is Katrin, a melancholic musing upon childhood memories and the passing of time.
