Artist History
Growing up in Lytle, Texas, a town of merely 2,500 people,
the boys of Distant View have managed to break through monotonous small town life,
developing a sound beyond their surroundings. Forming in 1995, Distant View
went through many different line-ups trying to find the right mix, trying to
define their music. Finally, in 1998 adding bassist, Joshua Summers,
Distant View found the mix they were looking for and have progressed musically to
what they are today.
