    Space Team Electra recorded their first album“Vortex Flower” with producer Keith Cleversley in Chicago at The Playground Studio. The two met after Keith responded to a demo that was sent to him by the band. Keith is well known for his work with The Flaming Lips, Spiritualized,Mercury Rev, HUM, and others. * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Space Team has spent the past two years touring and developing an extensive mailing list from East to West coast and on into Canada. * * * * * * * * * * Currently, the band is in the studio with producerSandy Pearlman. They met at the annual SxSW MusicConference in Austin, Texas. Mr. Pearlman has written and produced numerous Blue Oyster Cult albums; he has also produced The Clash, Digital Underground,and many others.
