Artist description Fidget is a Raleigh, NC based band whose members grew up listening to classic rock but were most influenced by the grunge era. The music is a versatile combination of blue-collar hard rock with a barbecued celebration of anxiety-ridden skewed reality.

Artist History Tom and Rob had been playing together in cover bands for almost 10 years. Steve had been doing the same and met Tom at Work where they were talking aimlessly about music. Tom mentions the need for a guitar player. Steve shows up at Tom's place with guitar. Rob meets Steve. 3 Guys drink beer. Tom breaks out poetry book. Steve plays riffs. Rob jams along. Tom tries to keep up. Cops come and tell us to keep it down. One cop says that the music kicks ass. We keep playing. The band scrounges up money for demo cd and starts playing gigs.
