Artist History Formed in 1996 in Alexandria, Virginia, 24fps began as a violin, cello, and acoustic guitar trio--performing in coffee shops, restaurants and small bars. Percussion (drums and electric bass) came into the line up in subsequent years. The band now tours the mid-atlantic and northeast U.S., with regular stops in NYC. Over the last year, 24fps has showcased for several major and independent labels and is planning to tour extensively to promote the March, 2000 release of their first full-length CD.
