Artist History Government-A was founded in Spokane, Washington in the summer of 2001 by a close-knit group of friends. The band began writing original music and playing shows together by the end of 2001. The quality of their musicianship, their notable vocal talent, and the raw energy of their live shows, quickly set them apart as a band worth watching. Currently, the band has been writing and rehearsing new material and playing some unannounced shows. As the chemistry within the band continues to increase, their unique sound—as well as their fan base—continues to grow. Chances are they will be booked at an event near you—and you don’t want to miss them!
