Artist History "Bearce, Mills and Steele" formed in April of 2002 and are based out of Fairfax, Virginia. Jason and Kevin met in 2000 and played in a different band before calling it quits and then meeting up with Dan Steele. Since the beginning of the band, "Bearce, Mills and Steele" have been playing shows all over northern Virginia and will be coming soon to a bar near you!
