Artist History Growing up in the Younstown, Ohio area, Nick learned of his passion of any and all things deemed "musical." Upon moving to Goshen, Indiana during his late childhood, Nick found that life in Amish country gave him plenty of time to sit at home and polish his guitar skills. He began playing the guitar in the 8th grade, basically because it just seemed like something he wanted to learn how to do. He chose, however, to not take lessons or to be taught by anyone as he had a fear that it would take away his personal enjoyment of the art.

Group Members Backed by some great jazz performers, Nick Motil has become a four-piece group focusing on Nick's acoustic guitar stylings and involving lyrics. Gordon Henry adds phenominal skills on the bass guitar, while Andre Wright creates some great beats to play along with. This is all accented by the ripping solos of Calvin Moore.
