Armed with over an hour and a half of original music, the Tom Chase Band seeks to make its mark on the Chicago music scene through live performances and by working with the media to present their unique sound to music fans throughout Chicagoland. The philosophy is simply to give fans what they want: upbeat music with meaningful melodies they can sing along and dance to. The Tom Chase Band began when Tom Chase and Paul Michas both placed similar ads for musicians only to find the ads printed right on top of another. Joined by veteran drummer Joe Bitsky, the band quickly developed its Rock 'N Roll sound by drawing from legends like Paul Simon and Fleetwood Mac, and modern influences like John Mayer, Dave Matthews, and the Freddy Jones Band. Unlike most bands, the Tom Chase Band did not set out in search of record deals and top ten hits, but rather wanted to find success first in their hometown of Chicago, which has long been famous for great music. Today the Tom Chase Band continues to work its way through the Chicago music scene with its fresh brand of Rock 'N Roll and high energy performances.
