Artist History After lengthy planning and musician consideration, Discharged formed in late 2001. Overcoming many obstacles, the first EP demo "Box of Dead Spiders" was released in December 2001. Receiving underground airplay and distribution, Spiders proved to be an example of the serious nature of ferocity that lies in wait in the Nashville metal scene. After lead vocalist Wes Cornwell resigned due to medical complications in May of 2002, the band suffered yet one more setback and are currently thriving as a three piece with Dustin James serving as frontman.
