Artist History Morally Torn is a band based out of Lomita, California. Morally Torn came about after 3 years of practice sessions. The first band that was formed was the Gap Between Joeys Teeth, which started out as a joke. Jeff S. wrote some lyrics about their now bass player, Becker. Gap Between Joeys Teeth recorded only one song, and played a couple of instrumental shows for their friends. The Band went through many name changes such as Idol Minds, Pineda 109, and a bunch of other crappy names. Unfortunately one of the lead guitarists for GBJT left and joined, the now growing in popularity, Vital Signs. So the remainging members of GBJT went in search of a new member. And so when one of their friends came to their aid, Chris Becker(Bass), Cheap was formed. No one could decide on this name so now you have Morally Torn, Jeff Oderlin-Vocals/Guitar, Chris Becker-Bass, and Jeff Shea-Drums. Morally Torn isnt any certain type of music, their mission is to spread their message in any creative way they find possible.
