Artist History
As diamonds are defined by clarity and color, then
dorette is a vocal gem. Her pristine rendition of lyrics
assures that you hear every word while she shades
each note as only this ravishing redhead can.
One facet of her mixed American heritage, her infectious
sense of humor is evident in this recording. Dorette's
jeux de vive from her French roots is present in the
philosophical selections from the Broadway shows
"Annie" and the "Chorus Line". Her Austrian side
is heard in the vocal strength developed through
educational discipline. This multi-faceted entertainer
credits her predominantly Italian Chicago neighborhood
for teaching her how to convey love through music.
Believing in always adding to the cutting edge,
Dorette has adapted many cultural influences
while performing in Europe, Africa and the US.
Unlike a cubic zirconium, this precious gem is warm,
unique, vibrant and authentic. |
