Artist description Two guys from Odense, Denmark, who in the early 90s got together and formed the local legendary hardcore-acid-gabber-fuck-your-brains-out-techno duo. Of course nobody outside of Funen (the island where Odense lies) probably ever knew who we were, but in Odense, I think it fair to say we were "famous"! ;)

Artist History OverState played many liveacts in Denmark in the early 90s, mostly in Odense where the hardcore society was extremely vibrant. In July 2002 (about 10 years after their last concert), approximately 100 3,5" Amiga floppy disks were found and rescued from a dumpster, during the closing down of the legendary 303 collective - later the same month, the necessary hardware was established, and the conversion of these old 4-channel Amiga mods to PC audio began. The tracks on this page were remastered as far as possible, but please understand that this is by no means well produced music - it's absolute menacing hardcore noise, and it's here for nostalgic reasons only - the people from back then will no doubt have themselves a good laugh listening to this :) ...
