Artist description
The focus of Welm is not to create music, but rather to create an environment through the use of sound instead of structure. In fact, the music presented here has little to do with "music" at all. Methods rely mainly on experimentalism and improvisation allowing for an unobstructed flow of creativity and a freedom from rigidity. Welm tends to avoid using obvious melody and allows the listener to discover the feeling, meaning, etc. of the song for himself/herself. |
