Kjell-Tore Nordli has been documented a worldclass organplayer and composer by european and american music experts. He has worked with highly respected international names within music and is at the moment involved in a project with one of the greatest jazzfusion bands in the world. Amazingly enough though he has yet to do a professional studio recording with the piano as the lead instrument and released on a professional record label. A Norwegian music magazine once told him after he sent them a demo cd; "Sorry, we believe this is a ripoff. There just are not any organ players in Norway at this level". Artist History Hi there! I'm a 33 year old musician from Norway. At the age of 12 I got my first organ as a gift from my dad, and that was it. I surfed through all organ records I could come across and I was totally hooked. I was lucky and got to play with experienced and well respected musicians allready at the age of 14. By the time I was 16 my interest in jazzpiano started to flurish, and after a while I had made piano my main instrument. A few years later I also studied jazzpiano with a former piano world champion. From this I developed my own style within jazz and fusion music, and I started using rhodes piano and synthesizers. I discovered that I could melt together jazz and blues in one piece of action and that made me bring the organ back into my music again.
