Artist description
a wide assortment of finely crafted pop songs ranging from glistening radio pop, to strolling piano sing-alongs, to pummeling guitar rock. each usually begins with a few measures that are vocally-free, designed to provide the listener with some familiarity with the rhythmic and tonal textures of the song. following these initial few bars, a series of alternating verse and choruses then follow, the prupose of the former to engage the listener in some sort of witty wordplay or emotional confession, and the latter to lodge a melody of such astronomically catchy proportions into your head that it is nearly impossible to forget, even long after the song is over. if written and played correctly, this "chorus" (or "hook") will sneak into your brain at random points throughout the day and cause you to smile uncontrollably as you hum along. the entire process usually takes approximately 3 or so minutes to complete. |

Artist History
gay elvis and pete wanted to start a pop band. they wrote a bunch of songs and found paul who could sing 'em pretty good. the 3 of them wrote some more songs together and then got chris to play drums. this is a very simple process. most bands accomplish it in a matter of weeks, but it took us an entire year. |
