Artist History Kristofer began playing guitar 5 years ago, and within two days had written his first song. He spent the majority of the following four years focusing on his "other" career as an actor, and saving his songwriting as an escape from the stresses of Hollywood. However, in January of 2002, he began working as a volunteer music therapist at a local hospital, and was overwhelmed by the postive response to his music. After a few months of soul -searching, he decided to hit the open mic circuit in Los Angeles and begin sharing his music. Within a week he had booked his first gig, and has since headlined at several popular LA venues, including The Rainbow Room, Crooked Bar, The Joint, and 14 Below. He is currently working with musician Jay Matsueda and writing new material for their forthcoming independent debut album.
