Artist History 1990: floaters form pick up band for one show only, opening up for the legendary Electric Sex On Ice. at Jake's bar... band does a set of all sting covers and the fans luv them... girls ask them out on dates and thier rock stardom takes them to new highs... red nitengaile gets a job on tour with marshall tucker band and the floaters weasle thier way aboard for a tour of canada... no one really knows when the band broke up, when thier album was recorded, or even if they are still alive... these tapes were handed over to HPR in '98 by a cook at the Bridgeport Flyer in milford, ct. he said "these boys used to rock for the devil or somethin'...allhopped up on goofballs i tells ya"... and we beleave him
