Artist History Shortly after arriving from NY, Harley got involved in the Los Angeles music scene. Since then Stepanova has evolved into a permanent line up and a defining point. The band has "evolved into something alien, yet intimate and global." They are currently playing various Los Angeles Venues, and will release an EP within the year.
